KBeech Enterprise is a full service General Engineering Contractor.  We are located in Las Vegas, Nevada and have been serving the Southern Nevada development community since 1997.  We specialize in the completion/repair of offsite improvements as well as facilitate acceptance for maintenance and release of surety bonds by the owning agency. Our management team and crews have many years of experience working in both publicly and privately owned streets and drainage easements. 

Our senior management has over 55+ years collectively working as Public Works Inspectors and Inspection Supervisors overseeing capital improvement and developer installed improvements for the City of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson and unincorporated Clark County.  We have superior knowledge of the Uniform Standard Specifications and project closeout/acceptance requirements and processes of all government agencies located in Southern Nevada.  Our crews are very aware of the need to notify and coordinate work with homeowners, complete work in a timely manner and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Over the past 10 years we’ve exonerated an estimated 85-110 bonds per year. Our main clients are major home builder and sureties. We also specialize in SID/LID reimbursements.
